I think in CT .08 is DUI and under is DWI Driving while impaired

makes sense to me. It’s like a zero tolerance state. Any alcohol detection (in arizona) can be grounds for arrest. So it doesn’t matter if you blow .08 or .02, you’re going to the slammer.
