Horrible. My dad died when I was around the same age. There were two VHS tapes that we had that had a bit of my dad on them. My mom probably threw them out and it still makes me sad

No, that is grounds for divorce. Those were not her videos to discard, those were his daughters in all actuality. This isn’t an overreaction - he had plans to give those to his daughter for her sentiment. The fact this woman was so spiteful, especially under THOSE circumstances .. discarding the memories of the deceased mother of his child..
