I take Zyrtec daily and Benadryl 7 days prior to my cycle. I’ve found benedryl is an H1 blocker. Pepcid is a H2 blocker and doesn’t help with my personal PMDD

Any tips for those of us with PMDD who are underweight and trying to gain muscle/weight? I’m curious if being underweight is linked to PMDD? Would love any intel, thoughts, or advice on this! :)

I will be curious to see if trying to get my histamines under control if it helps my pmdd because I take antihistamine, watch what I eat and my pmdd is still not good

If I don’t defenestrate myself each month it’s a win. I’m not worried about the ingredients. 🙃✨💖

tried everything you mentioned & I think taking a pill 3-5 times a month is better than wanting to k*ll yourself. Low histamine diet is extremely stressful. I don’t think scaring people is helpful
