ok i am saying my opinion hear me..i love and hate both of mari and Chloe, both are young kids with truma makes them do bad action and tbh i cant defend them cuz it was terrible actions, not saying they have the right to..just understandable chloe had a truma from her mom she wanted her mother love so bad that she sacrifice everyone love in order to get her mom love guess she thought if she became horrible and mean just like her at least she will love her and couldn't even get that anyway that's why in one of the episode's she open up to ladybug telling her that she's leaving Paris cuz no-one loves her and their is no point, she already realise her being young copy-paste of her mom will make everyone hate her and since no-one love's her its was better for her to just leave , for mari she got pranked and become scared of falling in love with someone who might hurt her thats why she becomes a stalker once she fall for Adrian but the problem is it was shown in the show as if its completely normal as a result many people start hating her especially for that saying she's so bad for normalising stalking, again they're actions are understandable but still don't have the right to do it they're both bad writing characters both had good and bad side yet one of them turn out to be good one and the other bad , thats probably why the fan hate Chloe but love mari or the opposite, both are complex characters bad writing one like i said before so here is the thing you shouldn't love just one and hate the other in fact they're kind They are similar to each other so it doesn't really make sense to love only one
