GROUND TURKEY AND ZUCCHINI SKILLET 🍲🥒 📋 Ingredients: 1 lb ground turkey 2 medium zucchinis, sliced into half-moons 1 tbsp olive oil ½ medium onion, chopped 2 garlic cloves, minced 1 tsp dried oregano ½ tsp salt ¼ tsp black pepper ¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional) ¼ cup vegetable broth ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese 👩🍳 Directions: 1️⃣ Sauté the Aromatics Heat olive oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion and cook for 3–4 minutes until softened. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant. 2️⃣ Brown the Turkey Add ground turkey, breaking it apart with a spoon. Cook for 6–8 minutes until browned and no longer pink. Lightly season with salt and pepper. 3️⃣ Add Zucchini and Spices Stir in zucchini and cook for 4–5 minutes until slightly tender. Add oregano, red pepper flakes, and adjust salt and pepper. 4️⃣ Simmer with Broth Pour in vegetable broth, reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 3–4 minutes. 5️⃣ Finish with Parmesan Remove lid, stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and well combined. Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs like parsley or basil if desired. ⏱ Preparation time: 10 minutes ⏱ Cooking time: 20 minutes ⏱ Total time: 30 minutes 🔥 Calories: ~340 kcal per serving 🍽 Servings: 4
