It s simple:We dont put the I you he she before the verb cause the verb changes so that you know the person.In english the verb stays mostly the same so u need pronouns to decipher person.

Well the actual thing here is that the verb “like” in Greek is a type of verb that we call “aprosopo” ,which means that it does not have a personal subject,instead we use as an indirect object 1/2

its exactly how in russian «i» is «я» but «i like» is «МНЕ нравится». Idk about ukrainian, i guess its pretty similar and ull understand. But the grammar is very common actually!

In,english love doesn't change: I love, you love etc In greek the word love (the verb changes) so you don't need to use I or You before verb. agapo (me) agapas (you) agapa (he/she) etc

you can use Εγώ when you're the subject of the verb (as in: *I* like that), μου is a possessive pronoun (as in: this is *my* coffee) or the secondary object of the verb (someone gave *me* a coffee)

В русском так же ведь: Я хочу или мне нравится. Εγώ - это я, μου - это мне☺️с вариантом το θέλω - они просто убирают слово я, но можно сказать εγώ το θέλω ☺️
