I’m getting the cutting of the muscle. The Botox was only a temporary thing as the fissure came back. Had two treatments, one was awake lol

Fissure. That happened to me a while back. Was at a party and, right after a just right guy had his fun, another guy that was way too big just dove in. Not pleasant. Get well soon!
