i have severe overpronation and flat feet💔 i also used to walk on my toes for long enough my achilles tendons are now permanently too short causing my feet to swell after walking for over 20 mins 💔

I can't stop walking on my tiptoes and I've had knee issues since I was a teenager I went the doctors about it and they told me it was a psychological problem I just wanted to do psychotherapy for it

i got taken to a doctor for knock knees, overprontation,& pigeon feet as an 8yr old and they said come back if it doesn’t go away or gets worse. guess who’s parents never took him back rip

ive got what seems to be flat feet which has then caused over pronation and some qeird thing with my knees. Its just a hassle to get nhs doctors to actually refer me to a specialist tho

fall risk here because of it. that and undiagnosed misaligned vision caused so many damn falls that my early years of high school were spent in crutches until I basically became scared of strenuous leg activity

Yes! My Podiatrist actually called his staff out to see how badly my feet overpronated! He said he never seen someone that bad still walking! Thanks my parents, who to the state claim I’m faking it!
