Also you really have to regress it until you have mins muscle connection. Some people need to start with leg taps on the floor or dead bugs. Then work up to the supported version before hanging

def contracting them in this video, I’d have to agree on his point though your abs weren’t contracting in the og video. Abs also don’t show from workouts mainly body fat. Yours are solid tho no hate
