Pony tails, tucking behind ear. Friction while sleeping. Getting caught on your purse/ bags. Getting stuck in seat belts

Maddasyn Taylor :
satin bonnet for sleeping, clips instead of hair ties, unbrush brush (brush from bottom up), also possibly a better shampoo/conditioner/leave in!

Its probably from wearing your hair up a lot. Use silk scrunchies and a satin/silk pillowcase at night and never wear hair up or sleep on it while it’s wet.

chauntelledeana :
start using heat, leaving hair wet while it's fragile causes breakage. blow drying is better for your scalp too. hairdresser and instructor for over 25 years.

the front part of ur hair grows slower then the back of ur head. so if it breaks off from pony's ur hand bag sleep it doesn't grow like the back

Around the halo of the head the hair is more fragile it has the half life of what’s on our crowns, I’d start wearing a bonnet and no bonders, they cause breakage over time

New growth & breakage. What do you use to brush it?? Does it need protein or does it need deep conditioning or does it need both? Are you using a heat protectant when you use heat?

Breakage. Ponytails, tight styles, playing with it, brushing to roughly, sleeping with wet hair, using a brush on wet hair.

My breakage is on the right front because I always comb my fingers through that side anxiously and it breaks little by little

At some point you may have been under stress or changed a medication and had a lot of hair fall at the same time. This happened to me too. May not be breakage.

It’s your purse if you are holding a shoulder bag in the shorter side. It pulls and breaks off hair. I had the same thing happen.

Hot tools are really old or it’s been too long since you had a cut OR you could have a vitamin deficiency & should check with your doctor

Seatbelts rubbing, purse straps and necklaces are all culprits as well if they are catching and rubbing your hair
