i had a dissmissed domestic violence charged back in 2008, happened 17 years ago. i applied for citizenship N400, what would possible to happen? am i getting deported? or uscis will just denied me.

I applied for my EAD card last year september based on asylum application,judge terminated my case and I filed a new application with the USCIS but the EAD application still says decision making.
