The 4 are pretty good they don’t fall out as easily. I use them a lot especially in football drills and they don’t fall out 100% recommend

I think the best way was to walk behind you and put it down someone safe, so nobody accidentally steps on it.

i literally use temu pods and don't have this problem... I run.. walk in insane winds.... it's the size of the ear peice

Bose open earbuds!!!!!!! they don't go inside your ear, they sit on your ear like a cuff. the noise doesn't spill unless you have it super loud. I love them bc they don't move and you can hear out.

I use Soundcore erabuds. Had them first 4 yrs. Not once have they fell out doing any exercise. Recommended by other ppl. Ppl with iphones use then as well
