A powerlifter can only dream 😭. Truthfully- this sport gets significantly more difficult to get better at, the longer you do it. For anyone that has started doing this recently and started stagnating- this is perfectly normal. It’s okay to not make progress or hit pr’s after one training block. ⏳ Funny- because I never thought I would be content with adding 5 pounds onto one of my lifts in one year and being content with it. My first year powerlifting I put on like 100lbs on each lift 😭☠️.
