Comprar o hacer: harina para hotcake En lugar de solo las cantidades de los polvos, mejor te dejo una receta de hotcake super buena. Ingredientes secos 1 taza o 140 g de harina regular 1 ½ cucharadas o 20 g de azúcar ½ cucharadita o 3 g de sal 1 cucharadita o 3.8 g de polvo para hornear ½ cucharadita o 2.5 g de bicarbonato de sodio Mantequilla sin sal Ingredientes Húmedos 3/4 de taza o 177.4 ml de leche entera 4 cucharaditas o 19.7 ml de aceite vegetal 1 cucharadita o 5 ml de extracto de vainilla 4 cucharaditas o 19.7 ml de vinagre de manzana 1 huevo Instrucciones: En un cuenco grande, mezclamos los ingredientes secos hasta que se combinen. En otro cuenco, mezclamos los ingredientes húmedos hasta que estén combinados. Vertemos los ingredientes húmedos en los secos. Revolvemos los ingredientes con una espátula de goma hasta que ya no se vean áreas secas (unas 20-25 veces). Quedará con grumos y no pasa nada. No hay que mezclar en exceso. Calentamos una plancha (o una sartén a fuego medio). Añadimos una cucharada colmada de mantequilla sin sal en la plancha hasta que se derrita. Con una cuchara grande, vertemos la masa en la plancha. ¡No removemos la masa! Damos la vuelta a los hotcakes cuando hayan salido burbujas y la masa esté ligeramente cuajada. No empujamos la tortita hacia abajo con la espátula. Los hotcakes están listos si la superficie rebota al empujarla suavemente hacia abajo. Servimos los hotcakes con jarabe de maple y mantequilla con sal.
