Review -“Me and my family have been grieving the loss of my dad and recently spent over $16,000 on my dad’s funeral service. Summer Pierce the general manager was extremely insensitive and inconsiderate of our feelings during this difficult time. Everything was perfect with the service expect for her. She was rolling her eyes while my mom cried for my dad and yelled at all of us instead of kindly telling us things. She would yell “GET BACK” with no sympathy while trying to control a group of grieving people. No sympathy at all came from this woman. She was just judging us for the way we grieved. Somebody this insensitive should not be in charge of handling funeral services She was extremely aggressive and should not be in charge of this company. It makes us regret even putting in all of this money and having my dad rest at this cemetery.”
