Jess you are just so fantastic with your Nan, have you had training or experience in dementia ? My 90 year old mum is going through this. She isn't bedbound and still in her own home with mine and my brothers support. Its so difficult to know what to say and do sometimes. . I watch your videos for inspiration... And strength, so thank you xx

my nana had alziemers. we visited her all the time she didn't have a clue who we were. she knew everyone of us when she was on her death bed. it's such a horrible thing to go through. xxx
