We have Children’s Hospitals and Othopedic Hospitals, perhaps we need Geriatric Hospitals or at least have a subspecialty of geriatric ER physicians & Inpt wards. Sx are blunted. Med doses r different

So General rule of thumb, if a geriatric veteran ever comes in and complains to you about literally anything they’re probably dying. Pan scan. Head to toe. Assume they are dying until proven otherwise
