man i never cut my grass any shorter than 3 1/2. usually 4" is what looks best for me

To do the paper cut correctly, you need to fold the paper in half, spin the blade which should cut the top,part of the fold, but not the bottom

So you’re not cutting paper on the first clip but after adjusting height of cut on the second clip you are… you didn’t show you adjusting the cylinder to cut paper
