2/17 and I'm already over this. I had no idea the life style change this would be and the inconvenience of eating and drinking anytime I wanted. Now I eat 2x a day because I hate taking them out.

1/22 😢 i have no idea how bad the pain would be in the beginning. especially my bottom teeth. i have such a hard time getting my bottom tray out, it hurts so bad to remove my bottom one.

1/23 hope they won’t increase them. So far no pain or anything. It’s hard taking them out but I’m getting used to it. I don’t feel much pain, which is making me question if I’m doing smth wrong or 🤣

How comes you are on two week rotations? Have you been told they have to move your teeth slowly/gently? They have told me I have to do this due to having long tooth roots which ours
