ok so basically I think I have shrinkage bc I have long hair but its all short now and I want to know a routine that would help get my hair back into shape. I've been using that soap but the shampoo avocado one and Garnier fructis leave in conditioner and conditioner and I'm trying figure out a routine to help any ideas bc every morning i wet my hair and use the leave in conditioner and I wash my hair once every week or once every 2 weeks
