So jealous of a loan of 280k! Lol we built our house in 2021 during covid and our construction loan was 550k, our 2.5 acre lot was 75k that we rolled into that loan. This is Northern CA for ya though!

Since you are self building on a loan, is there a time frame you have to be finished to close the loan in? I know others have said their banks/mortgage company gave them 12-14 months. So just curious in y’all’s case since we want to do something similar!
