I had not full episode of anaphylactic shock today in the gym this morning, my upper lip swelled, nausea, couldn’t stand cos of the feeling ill pass out, waiting for allergist appointment. I had full anaphylactic shock last week from antibiotics and ended up at the er

Just had an episode this morning and it’s terrifying! Huffed my inhaler to keep my airway from closing & Pharmacy recommend taking children’s Benadryl and it worked like a charm.
