Kids pick up on their Parents that aren’t happy/ angry all the time. Be better for your kids and in turn you’ll feel better. When your kids are happy and loved by a mother/father that are also happy

I completely agree that motherhood is hard and I definitely feel miserable sometimes but she doesn't stick me as happy herself. She seems so unsatisfied with everything around her and so entitled.

God forbid anyone sacrifice a little bit to pursue something meaningful, like a family, instead of pursuing what’s pleasurable in the moment. The women that “suffered” will be happier in 10 years.

I’ve watched my sister go from someone who was full of life, wonder and curiosity to someone who is tired, depressed and on edge. Her son is about to turn 20 and he is incredibly troubled too
