Ingredients: @Drink Poppi for the good vibes 6-8 chicken tenderloins 2/3 packet @Hidden Valley Ranch ranch dips seasoning ½ cup @good culture cottage cheese 1 bottle @Primal Kitchen Foods buffalo sauce Splash of @Kettle & Fire chicken broth 2 tbsp @FAGE Greek yogurt Zest of ½ lime Juice of ½ lime (other half for topping) Drizzle of @Mike’s Hot Honey 1 avocado, cubed 2-3 tbsp fresh dill 2-3 green onion, diced Big shake of @athenosfeta cheese 1-2 cups coleslaw @Josie’s Organics spinach/arugula @NearEastProducts quinoa/brown rice Seasonings: salt, pepper, @Graza olive oil, avocado oil Instructions: 1. Season chicken tenderloins using about ⅔ packet ranch seasoning and pepper, and brown on both sides in avocado oil, cooking until chicken is fully cooked 2. Meanwhile, blend together cottage cheese and ½ bottle buffalo sauce (@nutribullet ) 3. Once chicken is fully cooked, remove from pan, and deglaze pan with chicken broth on low heat 4. Cut chicken into bite sized pieces, return to pan, and mix in creamy Buffalo sauce 5. In a bowl, combine yogurt, ⅓ ranch seasoning packet, honey, lime zest and juice, dill, green onion, coleslaw, avocado, and feta cheese 6. Prepare quinoa/brown rice as directed 8.
