aren’t they supposed to wake you up and check vitals before you leave

36 years in dentistry and we never let anyone go home if they were still asleep. You keep and monitor until all the way awake and alert…

According to some of our neighborhood pages, this dentist has had several incidents with other “small” patients.

I'm in the dental field and I'm pretty sure you don't let them leave until they are awake and alert. So sad.

The fact that we don’t even know how anesthesia works should say it all. Unless you’re undergoing a serious medical procedure I would stay away from it.

They didn't wake her up because they tried and realized she was gone. That's why they sent her home like that. they didn't want the responsibility

YOU NEVER DISCHARGE A SLEEPING PATIENT!!! They could have had a stroke during the procedure.

Easiest way to know if she was awake when she left is to look at the video from the office.

Worked pediatric dentistry for 5 years. Doing sedations 1-2x a month never had a single complication with a patient. We used a board certified anesthesiologist in office. Check your dental practice!

I know it’s tough for parents but please check on the pediatric dentist. You think they are good because your friend used them or in my case they were open a long time in your area and one of the only

Could you have been allergic to the anesthesia and why did they let her go home before she woke up?
