@yemyemaa: As a Caregiver na mag OJT (or in progress na ang OJT), especially sa first timers like me, there are certain do’s and don’ts when handling patients. One of those is to not react immediately if the VS values taken were outside the normal range. It would cause unnecessary panic to the patient and their watcher if ikaw mismo nagpapanic na. What to do? Ask the nurse in charge for the next steps because you’re there to learn, and they know that. They will help you for sure.
