I use beef dripping instead of lard, will try the Oxo. Got someone gluten free though so different recipe. Still great though.

I always put my.mix in the fridge take.out 5 mins before going 9n the oven 140grams flour 200ml milk 3 eggs whisk heat oil on 230 then put in oven

if you're a vegetarian you can use trex which is a vegetable fat alternative. my own experiments goose fat seems to work the best 🤔 however finding it outside of the xmas season can be difficult
