I’d compare the springy-ness of these shoes to the Nike Alphafly 3! •Smooth & stable ride! Had trouble with some super shoes in the past regarding stability cause my foot would slightly hang off the side with every step. With these shoes though, I feel locked in all around! •A little on the heavier side, but that’s cause the durability on these shoes go craaazy.
