I can understand a phone ban inside class period when you’re being taught. But i don’t get why we can’t have them in the hallway, passing period, or lunch where we’re not learning. Teachers also need to take initiative and be off their phones, make interesting classes, and teach us instead of giving us work, not explaining, and telling us to go on our phones after we’re done.

Digital literacy with social media? That’s a parent’s job. Provide calculators in the classroom. Skewing everything to the lowest common denominator hurts more than it helps.🙄
