i'm realy confused because i'm like 90% shure i have AuDHD but I went to get diagnosed and they said I don't have autism or ADHD and diagnosed me with depression and anxiety instead

I was chuckling away until the even thing. I can't count the number of times I've complained to my hubby about things feeling "out of balance" if he e.g. pokes one of my knees (and then I force him to poke the other one, too 😂). I also always start walking stairs with my right foot, but if I don't, I have to kind of do a double-tap with my right foot to make it feel right 🙈

Common example from patients is "I can be running late, I don't know where the time went even if I have woken up early and then the mad dash to leave 5 minutes ago...later that day someone said they would pick me up at 3.00pm, its 3.05pm and they are not there and my ASD side kicks in and says why would they lie to me?! why would they say something that isn't true?! I will call them and let them know how terrible they are...even though I know there's a hundred and one reasons why I can run late from my ADHD brain". The internal conflict is great with AuADHD! Two conditions that originate in the same root of the brain but present very differently.

This sounds just like regular ADHD, with specific symptoms. Autism is caused between somthing completely different and causes you to be overstimulated easily.

I’m diagnosed adhd and now have the understanding I may also be autistic would explain a lot I call it the battle of the difficulties my adhd won last night and the hoovering didn’t get done tho

Sounds quite interesting I always thought I had ADHD but my son is Autistic. I never thought about having a combination!! You had me at over stimulated or chronically bored - that’s me!!
