It depends how much of ur mental energy your job is taking from you...it might be not much left for ur business by the time u finish ur 9to 5 schedule..some 9to5s are more than that

this is me honestly. I worked for myself for 8 years. no job and finally I said I need to drop the ego I'm not doing this as big as I could or as good as I could. went and got a job and building my business on the side.

there's enough stress, ups and downs, and problems starting a new thing, don't need to add basic survival on top at the start. if you're working on it and not in it, you can exit gracefully whnvr

it's not that straightforward.some jobs like banking takes almost 100% of your time.the only way you can do your own things is quitting them altogether

Id like to see details of the study. For example, quitting your job and working as a bartender (or the like) to focus on your business is still working, but is much different than staying at a 9-5

I 100% agree. I’m in a position where I went full time off the rip and I regretted it after about 6 months and made pennies during a slow winter season during the election. Picking back up now though!
