All headers are like that. Use good gaskets and tighten them down. Run 20 min retighten. They will be 100 percent fine

This just happened to me haha will never go budget again! Lesson learned. My machine shop couldn’t do it on a mill machine so now I have no idea what to do.

BOLT THE BOTH EXHAUST ENDS TO FLAT SURFACE AND PUT PRESSURE IN THE 2 CENTER ONES TILL IT BECOMES FLAT AGAINST THE STRAIGHT EDGE

I had that Problem in the past. I fixed it by doubling up on cork gaskets. Fixed it every time and never leaked.

bolt em on. run a few heat cycles. snug up the bolts again. no problem

i used to love these guys but this here is the kicker for me. even if they were machined perfectly flat from the factory they will still warp on the first long drive

I use remflex header gaskets on one's like that. they usually always seal up.
