With sweet treats I keep anything I crave at the moment. for example, i had a craving for marshmallows, ate one and kept the rest and I don’t go anywhere near it because i know it’s there. The only thing I will NEVER KEEP cause i have no self control around is Tiramisu. Seriously I eat the whole 500g and I know if i had more I will also EAT THAT 😭

Also, if you’re craving chocolate specifically a lot, you probably have a magnesium deficiency. I started taking magnesium and my chocolate cravings went away.
