@ariane_le: ✨️1ST SOUTHEAST ASIAN OUTLET✨️ @bluebottle opens in Singapore! 💙☕️ Blue Bottle Coffee makes its highly anticipated debut in Southeast Asia with the launch of its Singapore outlet at Raffles City! 🥳 I've been visiting them whenever I'm in Japan so I'm glad that I'm now just a train ride away from a cuppa Blue Bottle 😄 What makes their coffee special is their commitment to quality! Blue Bottle Coffee is sourced from sustainable coffee farms with top-quality growing practices and served at peak freshness. Their coffee beans are roasted to order in small batches and shipped from their roasteries direct to the café! 🛵 We tried a few of their espresso-based beverages and I especially enjoyed the Mocha ($9.50) with its distinctive dark chocolate flavour! 🍫☕️ For their Singapore outlet, they've partnered with @bakerybrera, a local bakery to serve an array of freshly baked artisan viennoiserie including an exclusive selection of Singapore-inspired creations such as the Coconut Kouign-Amann🥥 ($8) and Pandan Canelé with Kaya ($6). The former pairs toasted grated coconut with caramelised Breton pastry while the latter features a custardy pandan interior and a heart of rich kaya.
