Let me give you a heartfelt advice. I did a 10 days water fast in april (while going to the gym!) and longer ones before.
Drink a lot, find things like tea, water with lemon, water with Kombucha. It stops the hunger.
But fill your time with activity. Go to the gym, clean the house, do all the things you would normally jot because you dislike them. The time will pass quicker and! you get the unpleasant things out of your way 😉

I fasted for a couple hours a little over a week to get my body used to less food. It helped me complete my 3 days. I lost 10 pounds. I was so cranky on the 3rd day 😂 Idk if I can do it again.
