borderline here diagnosed by doctors seven years ago, it does get better with therapy, environment is a great factor, tbh my doctor thinks about undiagnosing me

I have BPD too, we're all here for you. idk if it's available where you are but DBT was extremely helpful for me(not telling you what to do more just speaking from experience and hoping it could help)

I’m sorry if they started by telling you there’s no cure, most mental illnesses don’t have a complete cure but many people with bpd can go into remission through dbt or other forms of therapy

i dont know if this helps at all, but my spouse has BPD and you can have your symptoms eventually reduce enough to not be able to be qualified to have BPD it takes a lot of work and therapy, and-

As someone with BPD as hard as it is to hear it at first. It’s not too terrble once you have it for awhile. It’ll take time practice and love but you’ll be able to live with it eventually hopefully ❤️
