I only have a pillow between my knees so that my knees don’t touch. I don’t have back or hip pain at all.

In theory, this is a great idea, but only if you’re not covered with blankets! I have a pillow just like this, and every time I turn, it gets tangled in the sheets, which then wake me up. 🙄

l bought a 4 foot body pillow , it works better also for my shoulders cuz I have job related pain there too . 😫
