Nail tech here👋🏻 I'm not one to bash other nail techs, but I do think you'd benefit from a new one. At the very least they should have done a final file at the end of the treatment to tidy the edges

I definitely think it's your nail tech and how she doesn't know how to shape nails to suit you. I can see from the way your thumb nail is shaped. they keep it very chunky and semi transparent
