@foodbyarii: Chewy brown butter chocolate chip cookie pie! 200g butter (1 cup) 180g brown sugar (1 cup) 130g sugar (3/4 cup) 4g vanilla extract (1 tsp) 2 eggs salt (1 tsp) 250g flour (2 cups) 4g baking powder (1 1/4 tsp) 200g chopped chocolate 1. brown the butter. Let it cool to room temperature. 2. In a bowl, mix together the browned butter and both sugars until smooth. 3. Add the vanilla and eggs and salt, mix. 4. Add the flour and baking powder (mix before togheret) 5. Fold in the chopped chocolate. 6. Pour the batter into a pan and top with extra chocolate pieces. 7.
