As someone who has built many PC’s, I highly recommend you wipe off the pre-applied thermal paste and apply new paste. It dries out and doesn’t work as well.

You probably installed the aio wrong because the thermal paste is applied on the aio vertical but you installed the aio horizontal so the cpu is not going to get cooling it's deserved
