no, literally doesn't matter. worked with one of the best if not top 5 mixologist in the world. if there is no spirits it'll never be worth what a cocktail is worth.

I did mocktails 2024 but now not doing that , give me liquor or just Diet Coke / redbull ! Fr 🙄💯🥂🥤, also several bars don’t do non alch mocktails or even zero beers 🍻

As a bartender they’re a pain to make as well. You’re sitting there trying to simulate alcohol without using alcohol. It’s gotta be a bit dry a bit bitter a bit sweet.

the more ingredients, the longer it takes. so many of these new mocktails are labor-intensive. we're charging based on the time it takes to make them. the build is the same as a drink with liquor.
