Always put the line hold downs back on had a guy throw them all away and I had to replace the fuel lines that rubbed and sprayed fuel everywhere

The Ram 6.7 high pressure fuel pump recall pumps also don’t have a keyway on them. Not terrible to do though

DCR isn't required to be timed. It only says so in the instructions to reduce gear noise 🫡

Every DCR pump I do I hope for the new style key way, I think I’ve done at least 60 DCR pumps still haven’t gotten a new style pump yet with keyway

that's the plus to the lml duramax when doing a conversion u no longer need to re time the pumps

interesting way to get the nut off the pump. I've never taken the fan clutch off or pull the upper shroud. the fan hub will sit down with the fan on it and still have plenty of room. no need to remove
