There's nothing wrong with carbs. Try to add more fibers, like complex carbs, and protein. This will help with your calorie deficit.

And remember the most important thing to achieve easy calorie deficit is BURNING CALORIES! If you Eat 500 calories and burn 200 with a short activity session it’s like you ate 300, plus benefits 😊
