There is nothing that you can put on your mouth or on your nose that would ever keep you from snoring. Snoring happens in your throat when you are completely asleep and your muscles relax. Nothing on this planet that you put on your mouth or your nose will help your snoring.

Kinesiology tape is super cheap. it works great and can be found at CVS or Walgreens.

To those who are scared to use the ones with no holes: I use the one with no holes and I’m a stomach/ side sleeper and sometimes I’ll cover my nose in my sleep with my pillow, I always wake up right away, even when I’m dead asleep.
