It will burn the living hell out of your core Modifications: Keep your head down on the mat if you feel like your neck is being strained. Trust me you’ll still feel in your core. Bend your knees at table top and keep them there if you can’t extend them out. Feel free to put your head down and keep your knees bent if you need to ! All ways are right.
