I feel like it’s not hard to diagnose yourself with adhd. If you think you have it because you have the symptoms, you most likely do. I knew I had it all my life. Didn’t get diagnosed til this year at 30 years old.

Im almost positive I have ADHD, not just self diagnosing but I 1000% struggle with being productive. The messier my house the less I do. But the mess drives me crazy but I can’t get myself to do it

I think the reason people self dx is due to many medical providers blowing them off without even assessing for it. I self dx at first but got formally dx later on.
