This happened to me when I was 14 in 2014 it lasted like 4 years everything felt like a dream it was so bad I missed out on so much life because of it . So happy influencers speak up about it.

I cant even smell it w8thout being triggered by derealization. It’s been 12yrs. Iv tried smoking many times since & regret it deeply every single time. Can’t even trust my own parents like that.

I know how Wendy feels usually I’ll feel weird to speak on it but I’m glad it’s being talked about 🫶🏽 I had derealization for about 4 and a half years until last year and it was a hard experience.
