@ikatitaki: I took HRT and hated it. I take natural herbs. Eat protein and vegs. I feel there is a reason our bodies naturally eliminate these hormones. Stop the sugar and salt.

I do wish the research was present to look at these claims. We don’t have it yet, so the claims should wait. You don’t do research to prove your theory. You develop the theory and see if it’s true.
