Full Recipe & Calories Below 👇🏻 Beef Sukiyaki 🍲🇯🇵 (3 Servings) Per Serving: ~290 kcal | 27g P | 10g C | 14g F Ingredients • ¼ cup Mirin • 1 tbsp Stevia • ¼ cup Soy Sauce • 12 oz Top Sirloin Beef (thinly sliced) • ½ block Firm Tofu (cut into ½-inch slices) • 5 Dried Shiitake Mushrooms (rehydrated) • 1 pkg Enoki Mushrooms (trimmed & rinsed) • 1 pkg King Oyster Mushrooms (sliced) • 2 cups Napa Cabbage (cut into 2-inch pieces) • 1 bundle Shirataki Noodles (drained & rinsed) • 2 cups Dashi Stock (or mushroom soaking liquid/chicken stock) • 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil • 1 Scallion (sliced for garnish) Directions 1. In a small bowl, mix mirin, soy sauce, and stevia. Set aside. 2. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the beef slices and pour in the sukiyaki sauce as they cook. Sear until the beef begins to caramelize slightly. 3. Add tofu, napa cabbage, shiitake, enoki, and king oyster mushrooms directly into the same pan. 4. Pour in dashi stock and simmer for 6–8 minutes until the vegetables and tofu are tender. 5. Add shirataki noodles and let everything simmer together for another 2–3 minutes to absorb flavor. 6. (Optional) Lightly blowtorch the tofu pieces for a smoky, charred aroma before serving. 7. Ladle into bowls, ensuring each serving gets beef, noodles, tofu, and vegetables. 8. Garnish with scallions and serve hot. #asianfood #japanesefood #asianrecipes #Recipe #lowcalorie
