Chipotle opens at 1045am. Staff goes in at 8am or 9am. Management should’ve put a team to prepare the food to open the store and another team to prepare the catering food. There’s no excuse. At least that’s what we did at the chipotle I worked at lol. 🤷🏽♂️

So everyone in the entire store should’ve been mad they’re getting their food late except for them? They have to consider ALL customers and that’s extremely hard to do yall saying 2 days early unacceptable were they supposed to make it 2 days prior? They have to make it fresh and they also prolly had a rush and even with all the food they have to make in general they also have to make the food for the catering order which you can only cook so much at a time on top of customers ALREADY screaming at you where’s my food and they still tryna make the catering order. It genuinely just proves that not everyone can be happy

i work at chipotlw and hate that caterings can be placed right at opening or before opening because 9 times out of 10 we have a bunch of callouts and pretty much everything has to made from scratch that day.
